Acceletronics Training

Acceletronics makes ongoing training and education an essential part of its operations. Acceletronics Technical School (ATS), provides Acceletronics field service engineers (FSE's) comprehensive training with both formal and real-life lab sessions, taught by Acceletronics' factory-trained instructors who are up to date on the latest systems.

The ATS uses a "Phase training" regimen consisting of multiple phases,  each increasingly more challenging and demanding. Upon advancement to a higher phose, the FSE recieves a certificate and is eligible for more advanced assignments. ATS provides Acceletronics FSE's training on topics such as linear accelerator safety, linear accelerator physics and fundamentals, model specific advanced linear accelerator theory, repair and maintenance on the linear accelerator as well as associated sub-systems such as: Multi-leaf collimators (MLC), Portal imaging systems (PV), Cone-Beam CT (CBCT), On Board Imaging (OBI), KV Imaging Systems, Stereotactic Radio-surgery systems (SRS) and other peripheral devices.
