PSP Technology
Reusable
Phosphor Storage Plates (PSP) are used for imaging.
Correct
PSP exposure is achieved using the same radiation as for
green sensitive film and screens. The built-in eraser
delivers plates ready for reuse, and each PSP is reusable
thousands of times.

Reading
Imagescan has
a patent-pending continuous rapid feed system; there are
no drums or holders to load or change.
PSP plates
are inserted directly into the scanner. 14” x 17” simulator
and portal images are ready to read in less than one minute.
10” x 12” and 8” x 10” plates can also be used.
Detail-Rich
Diagnostic Quality
The resolution
of Imagescan is impressive. Standard
resolution of 3.8 lp/mm yields radiographic images of
outstanding diagnostic quality. And, a high resolution
mode of 5 lp/mm provides exceptional definition.
